At Turmerry, we want you to love your organic bedding, which is why we offer a 120-night trial on mattresses and a 30-day return window for most other natural home products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined return process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within your product's eligible trial period to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging or a durable alternative, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or ship the package through your preferred carrier to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
